PROCESSING TIME

I typically send out orders in batches once or twice a week, depending on order volume. 

Domestic orders usually take 3-7 business days to arrive. Orders outside of the U.S. can take 1-4 weeks to arrive.


SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from the U.S. East Coast through USPS.

International shipping is available! However, sometimes I am unable to ship to certain countries due to laws or restrictions. Please refer to USPS Guidelines for an up-to-date list of countries experiencing shipping disruptions.

*ON SHIPPING TO EUROPE:* Due to recent business regulations from the GPSR, shipping to the EU + Northern Ireland will be unavailable indefinitely and any orders from those countries will be refunded. If you are ordering from the UK, please note that you are responsible as the customer for paying any VAT/customs fees.

Acrylic products such as charms come in bubble mailers and flat-item only orders are shipped through letter mail. Please keep in mind USPS letter mail does not include tracked shipping.

For international orders, all items will be shipped in a bubble mailer regardless.


PREORDER INFO

Any PO items will be marked with [PREORDER] in the listing name.

Preorder items will only start production once the PO period ends, and expected to ship out within 1-2 months due to manufacturer times. All times listed are estimates and are subject to change.

Note: If an in-stock item is ordered with a preorder item, both items will not be shipped until the PO items arrive.


REFUND/RETURN POLICY

Refunds and cancellations are allowed if I have not shipped your order yet—contact me directly to sort the issue out! Once I drop the order off at the post office, all sales are final. 

Returns and exchanges are not accepted. Unfortunately, I am not responsible for errors with the address, packages that get lost in transit, or damaged items. However, you may send a photo of it to me with your order number and I can replace your package for free (excluding shipping fees).
